Hello Raj,

To extract genome sequence there are two basic web methods:

1) one region at a time: go into the target genome assembly, set the 
position, then use the "DNA" link in the top menu bar. There are options 
to add in annotation that is also in the current display, but only 
genome sequence is the default.

2) batch regions: use the Table browser. first, create and load a custom 
track in BED format of the regions you wish to extract. next, set the 
Table browser for the target genome assembly then bring up that custom 
track. then select output as sequence. name and download file.
