Hello,

The tracks keep coming up probably because stale/cached pages or links.

To remove custom tracks, do a cart-reset by using this url:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/cartReset

This removes ALL custom tracks. Save anything you want to keep into a
Session first.
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#Sessions

You may want to restart your browser and consider adjusting the settings
for how long to keep cached pages/links around on your computer. These
are preference settings in your internet browser, different for each flavor.

Hope we helped in time!
Jennifer
