Dear UCSC I want to convert coordinates between Btau 4.0 and 4.2 using liftover.
As far as I understand, the conversion file (lilftover chain file) for Btau 4.2 is not included in UCSC. Would you please generate the conversion file for Btau 4.2 and include that in UCSC so that we can use Btau 4.0 annotations for Btau 4.2? Thank you very much.
