Hi Mike, I also wanted to let you know that we're in the process of building several of the tracks that were available in hg18 but haven't yet been added to hg19. Many of these are dependent on external data providers, but we are adding these as the data become available. As new tracks are added to our public site, they'll be listed in our release log (http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html#hg19).
