Hello Bert, As a double check, would you confirm that the SNP track is set to something other than "hide" before you use the "get DNA" tool?
Basically, a track needs to be open for it to show up in the "Extended DNA Case/Color Options" list. This is both easy to miss and simple to correct. Please double check and let us know if this does not solve the issue. If the problem persists, please send enough information to duplicate (assembly, position, all track settings). Or, save your current settings into a Session and send me a link (the "share" link from within the Session tool). You can send it to me directly if you want to. Thanks!
