UCSC officials,

When I searched for "MAPT" gene on UCSC Genome with "assembly" "Feb 2009
(GRch37/hg19)",  I found

MAPT at chr17_ctg5_hap1:762283-895830
<http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?position=chr17_ctg5_hap1:762283-895830&hgsid=160015634&refGene=pack&hgFind.matches=NM_005910,>
MAPT at chr17:43971748-44105697
<http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?position=chr17:43971748-44105697&hgsid=160015634&refGene=pack&hgFind.matches=NM_005910,>
with the same (NM_005910).
What's the difference? What's chr17_ctg5_hap1
<http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?position=chr17_ctg5_hap1:762283-895830&hgsid=160015634&refGene=pack&hgFind.matches=NM_005910,>
refer to?
Hope to get your reply soon. Thank you very much!

Ling
