Hi James, At this point we do not have plans to put the Bos taurus UMD 3.1 genome on our website. However, we do offer a utility to lift genomic coordinates from the Baylor Btau_4.0 genome to the UMD 3.0 genome and vice versa. From our home page click on "Utilities" in the left-hand blue column and then click on "Batch Coordinate Conversion (liftOver)". After selecting the genomes and assemblies of your choice, enter your coordinates and click submit.
