The genome browser expects to find /gbdb/.../ paths
as exactly that. If your gbdb hierarchy is somewhere else,
create a symlink:
/gbdb/ -> /your/gbdb/

Subject: [Genome] problem with including track descriptions

Thanks Antonio, My problem with displaying microarray tracks is now
solved.

I have another issue with displaying track descriptions.

I am trying to include descriptions for the tracks, by putting the
information in a ".html" file with the same name as the track name in the
trackDb directory. However it is giving the following error.

The gbdb/ath1/html directory path actually exists in the root directory of
genome-browser.

Thanks for your suggestions.
