Hello, I have a question regarding the coordinates of Redon CNPs. I download the Redon CNPs from Table Browser. The start coordinates from Table Browser should be 0-based. However I found the coordinates I got from Table Browser are exactly the same as the coordinates in HapMap ( ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/cnv_project/cnv_data/NCBI36/Redon_CNVs.gff), where the coordinates are 1-based. This doesn't look right, because the start coordinates from the two format should be off by one.
