Hello Alper, Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up composite custom tracks. It is only possible if you have your own version of the browser set up.
If you do have a mirror set up, you can find documentation on composite tracks in the source tree here: kent/src/hg/makeDb/trackDb/README (search for 'composite') Many examples of composite tracks can be found in the trackDb hierarchy, and my advice is to find a composite track from the browser you would like to imitate, and work from there.
