Hello Hk,

The transcripts having knownGene.cdsStart == knownGene.cdsEnd are 
non-coding.

This will be the method to detect non-coding genes for many of the 
tracks in the Gene and Gene Predictions track group (example: RefSeq 
Genes, "refGene.cdsStart == knownGene.cdsEnd" are non-coding).
