I would be thankful if you might kindly let me know whether the foldUtr5 and foldUtr3 tables take into account the mRNA strand. When I downloaded the corrisponding files I noticed that the forward strand is always provided along with the folding, regardless of the true mRNA strand. Might you confirm this?
