To whom it may concern, I have downloaded the dbSNP(130) database which provides information regarding each SNP, including the average Heterozygosity. However, the actual SNP frequencies would be more useful to me. Is there a database available for download which would provide the frequencies for each base of a SNP? Or, alternatively, is there a way to assess which is the minor and major alleles from the dbSNP 130 database?
