To whom it may concern, I am trying to write the coordinates of the telomeric regionsfor of each chromosome for human hg18 (NCBI36.1) as below.
chr1:1-500000 chr1:24674972-247249719 ...... chr22:1-500000 chr22:49191432-49691432 I treat the 500kb region within start or end of chromosome as telomeric region. Is there any fast way to get the coordinates for the end of each chromosome?
