I have downloaded one
file(wgEncodeUwDnaseSeqPeaksRep2Bjtert.narrowPeak.gz) from
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/encodeDCC/wgEncodeUwDnaseSeq/
unzip, get a file with the name "BJ-DS10018.peaks.fdr.005.hg17.bed".
which human genome version is this file according to ? hg18 or hg17?
I just what to know "chr1 1387900 1388050"(one partial line in the file)
is the position in Hg17 genome or hg18 genome.
