Dear Sir/Madam,
I am doing some sequence conservation analysis work on human PEO1 gene. Though,
I was able to do see the sequence conservation of the region I am interested
in, I could not understand the reason why it show only 8 of the 46 vertebrates
sequence. Is there a way I can see the sequence of all 46 species for the gene
I am interested in.
I have never done this type of analysis before, any help 'll be GREATLY
appreciated.
