Hi Zhidong,
I am happy that you find my rpm package useful and that the installation worked.

All programs are installed in usr/bin.
You can use the command
rpm -ql package-name
to display the contents of an rpm file. It will show you all programs
that are part of the package.

Hiram has compiled a list of programs in the ucsc source tree with descriptions:
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Kent_source_utilities

Currently I don't have a package that installs a working browser on a
redhat system. I definitely plan to do this but couldn't find the time
for this until now. If you want to install a UCSC browser mirror, you
can find more help here:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/mirror.html and some additional info at
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Browser_Installation

don't hesitate to send an email to [email protected] if you have any
further questions.

cheers
Max
