Hi, Are there any plans for generating phyloP tables for based on the mouse (either mm8 or mm9) genome alignments? I am currently running an analysis that uses the data from the phastCons tables, but I have since realized phyloP scores would be more appropriate for the hypothesis being tested. If there are plans for for phyloP tables for mouse, is there an approximate release date?
