Hello Sumit,

If/when the assembly is published at NCBI, the UCSC Browser team will 
make a prioritization decision. Please feel free to check back in for an 
update at that time or in a few months if you do not see it there by then.

It is possible to create your own liftOver file, but this is a 
non-trivial, multi-stepped process complicated further by starting with 
a non-UCSC assembly. If you already host a mirror, this may be a bit 
less difficult, in particular if you compile your own binaries and 
incorporate your own assemblies already. If you are interested in 
pointers to the source code to do this, please let us know.
