Hello Nasrine, This table is associated with the track "Variation and Repeats" -> "Segmental Dups" in the Human Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19) Assembly.
To view the methods, open the main Browser, scroll down to the track group and click on the track name. On that page near the top is also a link called "View table schema".
