Hi Inna, Unfortunately, we do not have a program like this available on our website. The two closest approximations to this to this are 1) the SNP track, which annotates individual bases but does not cover every base pair, and 2) the UCSC Genes track in the table browser, which would allow you to classify chunks of DNA as introns, exons or non-coding regions.
