Hi Jayanti,

Are you referring to the Gene Sorter? To get the affy IDs for a gene
using the Gene Sorter, go the the genome browser and click on your UCSC
Gene of choice. From the description page, click on "Gene Sorter" under
"Sequence and Links to Tools and Databases". Once you are in the gene
sorter, click the "configure" button at the top. On the next page, click
the check boxes for "U133 ID", "U133Plus2 ID" and/or "U95 ID" and click
submit at the top of the page.

I hope this information answers your question and was helpful. Please
feel free to contact the mail list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary
