Hi, I was trying to use hgGcPercent to calculate window-size GC content for drosophila (dm3) genome assembly. According to the following link http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01017.html .2bit file of the genome is required.I was wondering where I can download .2bit file for drosophila (dm3) genome assembly since I did not see it in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/dm3/bigZips/
