Hello Chao,

It is expected that if the transcript is associated with a linked 
experiment, it will appear on the UCSC Genes detail page. Different 
transcripts can be related to different experiments (even if they 
annotate as the same "gene", since that is assigned with a different 
process). Basically, the same transcript/track/assembly should yield the 
same results regardless of the web browser.

Did you get this alternate result for the exact same transcript, in the 
same assembly, and the only difference is the web browser? That would be 
unexpected and should be looked at in more detail.

If you could double check the transcript name and the assembly (these 
are easy to mix up) and if the problem is persistent, please send that 
information to us along with your platform and browser and we can try to 
duplicate/troubleshoot.
