Hi Amanda,

The default color of the FISH clone track is dark green; filtered items 
are light green. You can change the filter color and type by configuring 
the description page. You can reach the description page either by 
clicking the grey/blue mini button to the side of the browser image or 
by clicking on the track name.

There is a small bug for this track: the default filter color for the 
browser image is light green and for the description page it is red. I 
have relayed this to our developers and we hope to have a fix out soon. 
In the mean time, you should know that once you visit the description 
page, any changes you make there will override the defaults for the 
browser image.
