Hi Mike, After consulting our developers, I believe there are only 4 javascript features: 1) drag-to-zoom, 2) change position by clicking on the chromosome ideogram, 3) tool tips (i.e. the little information window that pops up to tell you that you can click zoom, the track name, etc.) and 4) drag-reorder.
