Hi Eric, We did build the track for Illumina Human1M-Duo array.
Currently you can see it on our development server: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu as part of the SNP Arrays track om the "Variation and Repeat" section. We are waiting for Illumina's review. Once this goes through our QA process, it will be released to our public site.
