Hello Esti,

The CDS attribute from GenBank is stored in the 'cds' table.  The 
'gbCdnaInfo' table connects the GenBank identifier with the CDS annotation.

This is for 5'UTRs and the sequences in refMrna.fa.gz, but you can use 
the same approach for 3'UTRs and the mrna.fa.gz file.
