Dear all, I was trying to download the unmasked Rhesus3 genome from this directory:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/rheMac2/bigZips/chromFa.tar.gz However after untar-ring the files. I found the following directory. softMask/chr1.fa softMask/chr10.fa softMask/chr11.fa ... etc..
