Hello Manisha,

You can find the information you are looking for by entering "huwe1" in
the position/search box. This should show you the location of your gene
of interest (in this case chrX:53,659,906-53,724,995).

Once you are looking at the region of interest you can turn on the
next/previous exon navigation. To do this click on the "configure"
button below the main display in the browser and make sure
"Next/previous exon navigation" is checked and click "submit". Once this
is enabled, if you hold your mouse over the double-headed arrow, it will
tell you which exon you are on (i.e. there are 84 in this entire gene).
Your position of interest seems to include exons 64-82, or so.

Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question. If you
have further questions or require clarification feel free to contact the
mailing list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Best regards,

Pauline Fujita
