Hello,
I am Shreya, doing my graduation.I have synthesized cDNA from the total RNA..I
am trying to deisgn primers that can specifically amplify my cDNA of interest.I
failed in amplifying anything from the cDNA. Now,I wanted to use your in-silico
technique to save some time.
My question is :
1.I am working with Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. It is not listed to search if my
primer actually work or not.
2.Is there any option so that I know the exact length that can be amplified
using my primers.
I will be thankful if you can mail me. I will appreciate any sort guidance or
suggestion.
