You can map coordinates in bulk using the LiftOver tool on
the website. This tool converts genome coordinates and
genome annotation files between assemblies. The input data
can be pasted into the text box, or uploaded from a file.

We do not offer Expression data for the chimp genome in our
browser. You might contact the chimp sequencing center to
see if they have any ideas about gene expression in chimps:
