I am a Ph.D student, and my name is Chor-Chen Chen. I study in
the institute of basic medical sciences of Nation Cheng-Kung University. I
have some question about the article of ENCODE pilot project Website. Could
I ask question about it? The title of paper is that “Identification and
analysis of functional elements in 1% of the human genome by the ENCODE
pilot project”. The ENCODE pilot project is a very good website, so I think
use my seminar to introduce it to our teachers and classmates; however, my
knowledge is very poor, and I can really understand the context of this
