Hello Kai,

You can get the affy exon track displayed as a custom track by going to
the table browser:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables

Currently this track is only available on mm8 (Feb. 2006) but we are
working on making it available on the current mouse assembly (mm9, July
2007).

After selecting Mouse, Feb. 2006 select:

group: Expression and Regulation
track: Affy Exon
table: Affy Exon Probe
region: genome
output format: custom track

then click on on "get output". This will take you to a menu where you
can edit aspects of the custom track (name, description etc) and you can
also choose how you want to receive the track (as a file, in the
browser, or in the table browser).

Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question. If you
have further questions or require clarification feel free to contact the
mailing list at [email protected].

Best regards,

Pauline Fujita
