Hello Shanthi, In general, we do not provide support for the operation or configuration of MySQL. However, you might try looking at the small script for loading tables on our mirror procedures page:

You can also look at the files in our source tree at: src/product/README.* These files explain all of the procedures related to mirroring the Genome Browser.
