If you have soft-mask sequence, simply upper case everything to get no-mask sequence.
Hard-mask sequence is soft-mask sequence that has been turned into N's. There is no going back. Obtain the soft-mask sequence and you have everything. twoBitToFa can convert the .2bit soft-mask files to no-mask.
