Hello, I tried to upload your example custom track data in gff format from http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/ct_example8.txt, but I get an error:
*Error Unrecognized format line 5 of http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/ct_example8.txt: chr22 TeleGene enhancer 10000000 10001000 500 + . TG1 (note: chrom names are case sensitive) * (referring URL is: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgCustom) I also tried upload the content of ct_example8.txt (made sure it uses tabs) as a file and get the same error.
