Thanks for your inquiry. We are currently working with the scientists at 
Baylor re: their newest rat assembly, v.4.0 (which will be labeled rn5 
in the UCSC database). We will release a Genome Browser for this 
assembly on our website once we've wrapped this up. If you're subscribed 
to our [email protected] mailing list, we'll post an 
announcement there when the new assembly becomes available. You might 
also want to monitor the Baylor Rat Genome Project website at 
http://www.hgsc.bcm.tmc.edu/projects/rat/.
