There are a number of rat WGS sequences which have been deleted and replaced by new ones. The old deleted ones are still showing up in the UCSC browser. For example, AABR03113826 has been deleted but still appears on http://tinyurl.com/7xu4vx. How soon will these be removed and replaced with the new sequences?
