Hi all, I have problem to understand the legends used by the genome browser. E.g, when I look at a genomic region chr12:544,248-544,755 in human 2006 assembly with ESTs. One horizontal bar is black, one is dark blue, one is light blue with strips and a red bar. Whereas some of the ESTs with left arrows, some with right arrows, some without arrows, some with thin brown vertical bars.
