I have a series of ~1000 genes that I would like to query to see if they
contain putative target sites for miRNAs. I noticed that your browser now
has an miRNA track, but I assume this is for the genes themselves rather
than potential target sites. Is there any way of running a query for target
sites without knowledge of the specific miRNA in advance?

Thank you.
