Hi, I am wondering:
Is there a database which contains information about which of the human genes is transcribed by Pol I, Pol II, Pol III, based on their location on genome or geneID?? e.g. In human genome chr 21 on location (16365423, 16901299) there is a gene (+). We want to find out which polymerase transcribes it. This gene has the following description on ncbi database: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?db=nucleotide&cmd=search&term=A F486622 But nothing is mentioned about the transcribing polymerase. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Ashutosh. _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] http://www.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
