Good Morning Tulika:

The genome browser will display items in "full" mode in order
by their start coordinate.  It does not honor the input order
of items.

You could place each item in a separate track, turn off the center
labels, and rearrange the tracks in the order you would like to see.
Not convenient, but possible.
