I am trying to submit a custom annotation track to the Genome Browser as outlined in the "Sharing Your Annotation Track With Others" section of the help guide. I have the annotation file hosted on a public web server and have been using the following URL construct: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=rn4&hgt.customText=http://68.167.166.124/gwsa/RnGWSA_1-0/24153.txt However, I am receiving an error message of: http header line too long > 2000 chars. after the upload attempt. I have tried both PC (ANSI) and Unix UTF-8 formatting for the text file.
