Thank you for sending your query details. It has enabled us to identify 
the root cause of the problem you experienced when accessing the human 
archived database April 2003 (hg15). We will be implementing a 
correction used successfully with other archived databases as soon as 
possible.

In the meanwhile, a work-around is to use the LiftOver tool instead. It 
is a bit more work (user enters data coordinates, etc) but it will 
provide the same results as the Convert tool.
