Hi, We have 2 bedGraph tracks in our session. One has positive values, and the other has negative values.
The vertical viewing range works great on the positive numbers, but doesn't work at all on the negative values (claims the range is 0-1000...) Could it be that we cannot apply the vertical viewing range on bedGraph files? (we are doing this on wiggle files) I can give you the session link, if this will not be published. Thanks!
