Hi,
I saw UCSC provided the 44-way multiple alignments recently
(http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/multiz44way/). However,
I found only 28 genomes of those species can be download from the
website (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#human). I can not
find the remaining genomes of the 16 species (gorGor1, tarSyr1, micMur1,
dipOrd1, speTri1, ochPri2, vicPac1, turTru1, myoLuc1, pteVam1, loxAfr2,
proCap1, dasNov2 and choHof1). I am just wondering where I can download
those genomes.

Thanks

Peng
