Good Morning Mette: It is merely a matter of the size of your file and the processing time to get it loaded into the custom track database.
Break your file in half and see if each piece will load consistently as two separate tracks. Perhaps load just the areas of interest while testing your track. We are currently working on a new system that will avoid this problem with large submission files.
