Hi,
i'm Giorgio Giurato. i would ask you a problem. I use Table Broweser and
fill the text area position on region field typing the name of the
gene. Then i click on lookup and i chooise a chr region. This one that i
choise inclue only the exon region or also the introbne region?
For exemple i digit on position "Muc16". Then i click on lookup and
chooise for exemple the first result. so i consider the region
:chr19:8820520-8867773.
Does it include the intron and exon region? Or only exon region?
