Hi I am confused about the definition of exonStarts and exonEnds. For example, if exon1 of NM_000079 starts at chr2:175337427 and ends at chr2:175337325, do the nucleotides at these two positions belong to the exon or an intron between the exons? From the link below http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=hg18&position=chr2:175337324-175337370 it looks like nucleotide at chr2: 175337325 is on an intron, correct?
